- Add one can of beef stock
- One diced onion
- Three large diced carrots
- Two diced red skinned potatoes
- Two cloves of minced garlic
- Two bay leaves
- Add 2 cups of water to the crock pot.
- Season your thawed venison neck roast and add it to the crock pot.
Set crock pot to high and cover with lid. Let cook for 6 hrs or until the meat falls off of the bone.
